Sound Week #1 – Attack, Decay, Sustain, Release Thursday, 10th December till Tuesday, 15th December 2015 Vernissage Thursday, 10th December -19h: - "Bohrmaschine privat" by Wolfram Meier sound installation and performance - "Der Arbeitstag" by Leander Schwazer sound object - "wind.attach" by Leo Hofmann sound object - "Pachinko Playalong" by Leo Hofmann & Andi Otto audiovisual installation - VENDREDI (No Format / Paris) Live Session Because music producers and visual artists often join their inspirations to explore the edge of art and music but have only few opportunities to present their experiments, we choose sound as the theme of our exhibition #3 : "Attack, Decay, Sustain, Release". To exhibit the diversity of this theme, Âme Nue is proud to present different sound experiences over three sessions. For the vernissage on thursday, 10th December: The landscape orchestra of drilling machine “Bohrmaschine privat” by Wolfram Meier, the music box reading melodies of "Das Kapital" from Karl Marx by Leander Schwazer, the headphones whispering air into your ears “Wind.attach” by Leo Hofmann and a live music performance by the Parisian producers VENDREDI (No Format) mixing analog machines and ludic instruments. https://www.bauwagenmusik.de/Videos/bohrmaschine_privat.html https://www.vimeo.com/114538041 https://www.leohofmann.com/arbeiten/pachinko-playalong/?lang=en https://www.soundcloud.com/vendredimusic https://www.facebook.com/vendredimusic Saturday, 12th December: Andi Otto and Leo Hofmann will show their audiovisual live performance "Pachinko Playalong" (created at ZKM in 2014) as well as two short solo concerts. "Pachinko Playalong" will also be presented for the first time in an ongoing installation version during the sound week. Afterwards the party will go on at Kraniche bei den Elbbrücken. With VENDREDI performing a live cut for the dancefloor, alongside akaak (Sutsche), Helge Misof (Mu So Be) and Ateq (Giegling). Tuesday, 15th December, to close our sound week, Taxi Galaxi will perform a sound and visual live set as an experimental jam session.
