Diamond Terrifier & Geißfuß

DIAMOND TERRIFIER, benannt nach dem tibetanischen Gott Vajrabairahva mit 9 Gesichtern und 44 Armen, ist der Saxophonist Sam Hillmer von der New Yorker Avantgarde-Jazz Band ZS. Mit seinem Saxophon und elektronischen Elementen verbindet Sam Noise/Drone, eine Mischung von Harmonie & Disharmonie, meditative Melodien enden in fordernden Lärm und umgekehrt. Im August 2012 erschien das von Chis Taylor (GRIZZLY BEAR) produziertes zweites Album „Kill The Self That Wants to Kill Your Self“ auf dem Label NORTHERN SPY, wo auch Extra Life, Old Time Relijun, Hubble und das Charles Geyle Trio veröffentlichten.
