Looney on electronics, which has resulted a brand new recording on Edgetone Records, '1510', named after the studio in Oakland where many European improvisers have been recorded. His focus is the manipulation of found sound in ways suggested by the material itself. Since the late 90s his music is characterized by the use of sine waves, white noise and silence. Collaborations with: Thomas Köner (under the name “Kontakt der Jünglinge”), Achim Wollscheid, Jon Mueller, Arcane Device (David Lee Myers), Richard Chartier, and many others.
